Quanto tempo você vem tocando cada instrumento e você acha difícil conciliar os dois?

-Eu estive tocando teclados desde 1988, e guitarra, desde 1992, por isso é meio natural para mim! Naturalmente, a teoria da música me ajudou a conhecer o equilíbrio de ambos.

Quem te inspirou a tocar guitarra / teclados?

-Tipos é da história engraçada ... houve um tempo em que as minhas notas na escola realmente ruins assim que meus pais tiraram de mim todas as minhas fitas e vinil de modo que a única maneira que eu podia ouvir a música era de uma fita de vídeo com, entre outros .. video do Annihilator "Stonewall" Então, o senhor Jeff Waters foi minha primeira inspiração para tocar guitarra. Quanto ao teclado ... era só Dream Theater's do Cd Images and Words que me fez olhar para o teclado diferente de como eu costumava ser!

Firewind é 100% maneira profissional de trabalhar e fazer música e negócios, enquanto a maioria das minhas bandas anteriores não levavam a sério. Ele sempre parecia que a banda nunca será nossa principal coisa, mas em Firewind não há nada mais e menos em nossas mentes do que fazer esta banda a maior banda de metal do mundo!

O que você acha de Tony MacAlpine e Jordan Rudess?

-Tony é um dos meus maiores heróis, eu amo seu estilo, harmonia e, claro, o fato de que ele pode tocar tantos instrumentos como eu ! Em contrapartida, Jordan Rudess é só o tecladista o MELHOR que já viveu neste planeta ... Período
