Apparently, Adriana De Moura is a mixture of insecurity and devotion. On 'The Real Housewives of Miami,' she decided to learn the art of pole-dancing for two reasons.

"I don't want Fredric to stray," she explained, which means she's insecure about either their relationship in general or her sex appeal. Or both. She also indicated, "I wanted to get a little bit more skilled in the bedroom moves."

The star of the '70s series also says she discussed a cameo in the David E. Kelley pilot.

Lynda Carter, star of the '70s television series The New Adventures of Wonder Woman, thinks the latest incarnation of the D.C. Comics superheroine's outfit, unveiled Friday, hits the bullseye.

She tells The Hollywood Reporter, "What's not to like! Adrianne [Palicki] looks gorgeous and I'm really looking forward to seeing David E. Kelley's new series."

Carter's opinion runs contrary to some of the reactions to the skin-tight red and blue suit, which shows plenty of actressAdrianne Palicki's bosom and appears to be made of latex. Fox News claimed in July 2010 that artist Jim Lee's update of the outfit, which inspired the look for the pilot, lacked patriotism, while the Los Angeles Times ran a poll asking readers whether the new version was a good representation of the Amazon princess character or more akin to a Halloween costume.

NBC's Wonder Woman pilot has lined up a number of actors such as Cary Elwes and guest star Elizabeth Hurley but Carter will not be among those immediately taking part in the project.

She tells THR, "I talked to David [E. Kelley] about doing something in the pilot but with my new CD, Crazy Little Things coming out in April and touring for the album, we couldn't coordinate our schedules but you never know what will happen in the future. Stay tuned!"

Here at Asylum, we love Super Mario very, very much. We love it when people propose to each other with Mario, when Mario's remixed with realistic sound effects, when Remi Gaillard takes Mario Kart to the streets, and most of all, we love it when some genius called Jimmy makes a kick-ass a cappella version of the Mario theme tune.

Seriously: Love it, love it, love it. It's nerdy, it's geeky, it's impeccably performed, edited and thought out, and to make things even more awesome, it's all to raise money to help the tsunami relief fund in Japan.

All of which makes it a must-watch video. Because of the charity stuff, sure, but mainly because of the Mario, because all things Mario are compulsory viewing here at Asylum. That's just the way it is.
